Abstract

Digital transformation in education has triggered new challenges in the form of additional workloads and the technostress phenomenon that threatens teacher well-being. This study aims to analyze the challenges of teacher well-being in the digital era and the effectiveness of educational leadership responses through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Findings indicate that approximately 72% of teachers report digital fatigue due to rapid technology mastery demands and the blurring of personal work-time boundaries. Although digital platforms like "Merdeka Belajar" have been implemented, their effectiveness depends heavily on infrastructure support and the psychological readiness of educators. In conclusion, leadership that only focuses on administrative aspects without considering the humanistic side risks decreasing work motivation and educational quality. A reorientation towards a digital-humanist leadership style is required, integrating emotional support, flexible work policies, and digital bureaucracy simplification to maintain teacher mental health. Investment in human resource well-being must be prioritized equally with technological infrastructure procurement to ensure long-term educational transformation success.
