WORKSHOP MANAJEMEN FILE DALAM MENINGKATKAN ADMISTRASI SEKOLAH YANG EFEKTIF PADA GURU UPTD SDN HAURKOLOT INDRAMAYU

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance teachers’ digital file management skills to support effective school administration. The program targets teachers at UPTD SDN Haurkolot, Indramayu, who face challenges in storing and organizing documents efficiently. The method used was participatory training, consisting of substance briefing, hands-on demonstrations, and evaluation through group discussions. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and ability to manage digital files, such as creating systematic folder structures, consistent file naming, and utilizing Google Drive. Participants expressed strong enthusiasm and readiness to apply the acquired knowledge in daily administrative tasks. This program concludes that experiential training effectively improves teachers’ digital literacy and supports the development of an organized, efficient, and sustainable filing system.
